My name is Bill Renno. I am a former litigation attorney who firmly believes that people in dispute should attempt to resolve their differences through mediation rather than relying solely on litigation. Now my practice focuses exclusively on facilitating dispute resolution through mediation. My alternative dispute resolution experience as a mediator, an attorney advocate, and a party representative, includes a 25-year history of mediations, judicial settlement conferences, and arbitrations. Clients included design professionals, developers, contractors, subcontractors, homeowners, project owners, other business owners, insurance companies, insureds, and employers. Dispute settlement amounts ranged from thousands to several millions of dollars.
